The story itself is pretty much a Mary Sue fanfic, where Rigmor is the Chosen Queen of Tamriel (whatever the hell that is), who is also the Daughter of Azura and favored by Boethiah, just by the virtue of being born (a classic example of Mary Sues being handed everything on a silver platter).

LIST OF INCOMPATIBILITIES SO FAR REPORTED: Any mod that alters Angis Rigmor of Cyrodil I played Rigmor of Bruma before but Cyrodil never had a single crash even when doing those battles.
